Whether it be a face full of make up or natural Demi always looks lovely and the secret to this beauty is a whole lot of moisturizing products. When it’s Showtime she goes all out but when she’s not working she wears as little makeup as possible, sometimes even going without. Her daily skin care regime consists of washing her face first thing when she wakes up with an exfoliating cleanser followed by a toner and hydrating moisturizer. For someone suffering from an eating disorder from an early age, Demi has managed to gain control over that part of her life and now eats normally following a 3 meal a day diet consisting of cereals, yogurt and a fruit for breakfast, a sandwich, salad and vegetables for lunch and some macaroni and cheese with vegetables and a glass of milk for dinner.
