1 cup raw spinach with 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar and 3/4 cup diced watermelon. Spinach is rich in vitamin K (which helps blood clot properly when you get cut) and vitamin A.

10 large strawberries with 1 tablespoon soft goat cheese. (100 % of the daily recommended value of vitamin C). Protein Shake one scoop vanilla whey protein with 1 cup unsweetened almond milk. perfect for post-workout too.

4 strips of salmon spread 20g of soft cheese mixed with some dill at one end of each strip.
