This is one of my favourite shrimp salad recipes. Avocado gives it a creamy yummy taste and the red onions adds extra crunch. It is perfect for lunch or as a light dinner.

Serves 2

Ingredients

500g fresh shrimps,  peeled and cooked
2 avocado, cut into medium pieces
1 red onions, chopped into medium pieces

Salad Dressing

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon organic ginger powder
1/2 teaspoon organic black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
pinch of salt to taste

Directions

1-Mix avocado, shrimps and red onions in a bowl
2-Mix salad dressing ingredients listed above together in little bowl
3-Drizzle the salad dressing over the mixed shrimps avocado and red onions and enjoy!

Another one of my favourite crunchilicious shrimp salad recipes. The fresh basil gives it a refreshing delicious flavour. Perfect for lunch.

Serves 2

Ingredients

500g fresh shrimps,  peeled and cooked
1 medium cucumber, chopped into medium pieces
1 head romaine lettuce, leaves separated and chopped
1 handful fresh basil herbs, chopped

Salad Dressing

2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon organic ginger powder
1/2 teaspoon organic black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
pinch of salt to taste

Directions

1-Mix shrimps, romaine lettuce, cucumber and fresh basil in a bowl
2-Mix salad dressing ingredients listed above together in little bowl
3-Drizzle the salad dressing over the mixed shrimps, romaine lettuce, cucumber and basil herbs and enjoy!

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

2-Mix salad dressing ingredients listed above together in little bowl
