A solid fasting diet plan for losing weight – Day 9-10

Cup of coffee or tea, 10 g sugar (2 level TSP), 20 g milk, 2 slices of whole grain toast, 20 g butter, 2 stiff tsp. of honey, 1 cup of bifidus yogurtSpaghetti with tomato and mozzarella:120g spaghetti, 2 tomatoes, 1 shallot, 40 g mozzarella, 30g Parmesan, 1 teaspoon olive oil, some basil, salt and freshly ground pepper.Prepare the spaghetti according to specification and pay close attention to the prescribed cooking time of spaghetti. Now roux the finely chopped shallot with the diced tomatoes and a tablespoon of olive oil in a pan on. Freshly ground pepper, place it aside and give the diced mozzarella also do so. Now the noodles are done, and you can mix all ingredients. Hone the court now with the grated Parmesan and yet with basil.Egg dipper:A soft boiled egg with 2 slices cut into pieces whole wheat toast (toast strips dip in egg yolk!). In addition 1 piece of vegetableBerries in yoghurt: 250 g berry yogurt, 3 oatmeal cookiesRedfish on salad:70 g rocket salad, 1 grain baguette, salt, pepper, sugar, some balsamic vinegar (red or white), 1 tsp olive oil, 100 g redfish fillet, 40 g flour, some canola oil for frying.Wash, clean and shake the rocket salad dry. Preparing a dressing out of salt, pepper, sugar, vinegar and oil. Cut the baguette into slices and ‘toast’ them under the grill or in the oven. Wash and clean the fish, and season with salt before turning it in the flower. Place either under the grill or fry in a pan until done. Marinate rocket salad with dressing, bread mix and arrange on a plate. Place the grilled redfish on salad.My strategy: I’m changing my eating and exercise behavior.
Strategy 1: I formulate my nutrition goals in small stages and so lead a change. Every day I document how well I have succeeded.
Strategy 2: I take once a week detailed time for my goals documentation, every day I note only if my goal is successful or not.
Strategy 3: I am my own diet program director. I avoid cravings, because a growling stomach endangered stamina. I eat regularly, first of only small meals, of everything that I liked. I am fed up with small portions and look forward to the next meal. I am finally starting sustainable.

DAY 10:

Muesli with yoghurt and appleMuesli 40 g (dry weight)
250 g yogurt, 1 apple,
Muesli with yoghurt and grated apple mix.
Fruit or a coffee with milk;
Bulgur with chicken an vegetable: 100 g zucchini, ½ red bell pepper, 1 spring onion
¼ lt of vegetable broth, 75 g bulgur, salt & pepper, 150 grams of chicken breast, 1 tsp olive oil.
Washed and spruced peppers, zucchini and spring onions cut into small pieces. Now give the vegetables with the vegetable stock together in a pot and let it boil, season with salt and pepper. Bulgur admit and allow them to simmer on the lowest setting for 10 minutes, stir in between. Remove from heat and leave to swell covered.
Now fry the chicken breast in the pan with the olive oil on both sides. Salt and pepper at the end.
Align the bulgur on the plate and place the chicken breast on it.
Mexican wraps (tortillas):50 g tortillas – 2 pieces, 80 g minced meat, 1 tsp canola oil for frying, some Chinese cabbage50g corn kernels (canned), 70 g of yogurt, salt, pepper, parsley, chives, some chili
quickly fry the minced meat in oil. Cut Chinese cabbage finely. Season yogurt with herb salt.
From the ingredients produce a wealth and distribute evenly on the tortillas and roll up (fold). Cutting and packing in foil for the lunchbox.
Dessert: 1 piece of fruit
1 slices wholemeal bread
1 tbsp. Herb plugs
some radishes
salt, pepper, 1 tbsp. Chives
1 egg
Fishsalad:1 herring, 50 g boiled potatoes, 1/2 beet, 1/2 apple, a little onion, pickle, capers, 2 tablespoons yogurt, salt, pepper.
Dice all ingredients, mix and taste together.
Vehement limitations program failures.When we try and be too perfect, and try and stick to an extreme diet, we set ourselves up for failure. If we say, from tomorrow, I think a strict diet, I only eat at meals anymore, I delete all sweets.This can not go well! Everyone has a set of favorite foods or – favorite foods.
