Easy, no-cook recipe for energy balls with dates

Makes 15-20 balls, depending on shape and size

Easy, no-cook recipe for energy balls with dates

– 1 cup of medjool dates (pit and cut up into pieces)
– ½ cup of almond meal (or almonds)
– ½ cup of coconut flour
– ½ cup of sunflower seed butter
– 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
– 2 tablespoons of hemp seeds
– 2 tablespoons of shredded coconut (unsweetened)
– 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
– ½ teaspoon of Himalayan salt
– 2 drops of doTERRA essential oil (or lemon zest)

This no-bake treat is easy to make.

Simply stir the ingredients and using your hands, make into round balls.

Place into an airtight container and refrigerate for about 30 minutes (stays good for about 1-week in the refigerator).
