Cookie dough energy balls

Ingredients:

1 cup of quick oat(gluten-free)

1/2 cup almond butter

1/3 flax seed meal

4 tbsp mini chocolate chip

4-5 scoop vanilla whey protein

4tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut

1/3cup of warm water

stevia to taste

(other optional add: nuts, dry raisins, dry fruits) for variety

Directions:

In a large bowl mix all ingredient together.

Using your hands, roll the mixture into balls. Mine were about 1-1 1/2-inch in diameter.

Place the bites into an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for about 1 week.
