Secondary nutrients

Now that we’ve covered the bad ingredients.


Scientific research has also shown that the GOOD secondary nutrient levels are significantly low in conventional foods.

The nutrients generally discussed when comparing conventional foods to organic are the primary essential nutrients such as: water, fibre, proteins, fats, carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals.

The missing essential nutrients

There are also very big differences shown in 5,000-10,000 essential nutrient compounds in plants.

Organic food benefits have also been proven by research from Copenhagen University.

Organic foods were found to contain high levels of potent antioxidants called phenolic compounds. 

Chances are you have not heard of them, but I can tell you that they’ve been shown to be 10 times more efficient at cleaning up cancer causing free radicals in the body than others such as Vitamins C and E.

There are many doctors, oncology and healing clinics currently using organic diets in their treatments.

This is due to the healing effects that organic foods have on the human system via the superior secondary nutrient content and quality.

There is mounting new evidence and information proving environmental pollutants, farming chemicals and food additives to be the source of degenerative diseases, obesity, allergies, mental dysfunction and so many more scary and debilitating conditions.

In these circumstances, when ingesting foods polluted with such elements, our body is forced into a situation whereby we have to use our own life force vitality to convert a conventional food into something that our body is able to transform into a human cell rather than gaining this from an organic food substance.

The need for ‘fuel’

The irony here is that, because conventional food simply does not contain life force energy, it subsequently forces us to expend our own life force energy while our system tries to deal with what we are piling in as ‘fuel’!

Perhaps the most persistent reason we hear trotted out for people not eating organic is simply the matter of price.

There is a point here, but then again it can come down to priorities.

There are people who never choose organic beacuse of the price, but spend an annual fortune on lager, cigarettes, bars of chocolate and suchlike.

But there is a way of changing this – however it is going to require people buying the stuff!

When more people purchase organic, more price decreases in these foods will take place

Studies have shown the prices significantly decreasing steadily year by year as more and more people are becoming aware of the harmful effects of conventional foods on their own and their family’s health.

If you ever come across a study claiming that conventional food is no worse for you than organic, be sure to note who is funding that study. You’d be very surprised what you find!
