Many people are unaware that they have food intolerance and can’t understand why they are not performing at their best. This comes as no surprise as in this day and age with so much variety of foods on the market, it’s not surprising that the rate of people suffering from food intolerance has risen. Most people believing that they are eating healthy not knowing their insides are struggling to digest foods. Yes even healthy foods can cause an individual to have the following symptoms such as:

• Fatigue

• Bloating
• Lack of energy

This does not apply to everyone, and  I am not suggesting not to eat healthy foods. But it needs to be accepted that everyone is different in terms of what our digested system can process.

A lot of celebrity athletes have taken the Lorisian food intolerance test, with many case studies done. One of the athletes and well known for her winning titles was runner Paula Radcliffe.

Olympian and marathon record holder Paula Radcliffe suffered from cramps and fatigue that were so unbearable it was affecting her training. How the test is conducted:

Lorisian food intolerance tests use a very simple finger prick blood collection wand system. Because the finger prick system is so easy to use, the sample can be taken in store, in pharmacy, in the clinic, gym, work place or at home..

The sample is then posted back to the Lorisian Laboratory (in a pre-paid envelope), tested and analyzed for IgG antibody reactions to a maximum of 150 food and drink ingredients.

• 1 x Lancet (tool used to prick the finger)
• 1 x Absorbent wand and container
• 1 x Plaster
• 1 x Customer details form
• 1 x Prepaid envelope

There are 4 tests available being:
• Lorisian: 150
• Lorisian: 100
• Lorisian: 75
• Lorisian: 50

The numbers are the amount of foods it tests for, example: Lorisian-150 would test for 150 foods; Lorisia-100 would test for 100 foods etc.

You should not take the test if:

• Suffering from blood borne diseases such as Hepatitis or HIV
• Under the age of 2
• Pregnant or breast feeding
• Taking steroids or immunosuppressants
