Diabetes is a metabolic state of body where a person’s body has high blood glucose level. This is because of various reasons. Firstly, the insulin production in the body inadequate or secondly, the body does not react to the insulin produced in the body.
There are Three Types of Diabetes:
1) Type 1 Diabetes:
In this type, the body does not produce insulin at all. People below the age of 40 or in their teenage tend to produce this form of diabetes.

We find approximately 90% of all cases of diabetes worldwide are of this type.This type of diabetes can basically be cured by losing weight, monitoring the blood glucose levels, following a healthy diet, exercising everyday ritually. But it tends to get worse as it is progressive in nature.
