Honey and Lemon Body Wrap

This body wrap is effective not only for essential skin care but also for cellulite.The ingredients will enhance blood circulation on the surface of the skin:  Squeeze the lemon and grate the zest into a bowl.  

Add it gradually to 5 tbs of honey, stir the mixture will. As the paste is ready add some sea salt. Finally dip a towel into the lotion and wrap the critical areas with it. You can also spread if all over the skin wrap yourself in a few layers of cling film to maximize the effect. You can wrap your whole body into the solution. Leave it on for 15 minutes.

Chocolate Body Wrap Recipe

This body wrap will give an amazing olfactory experience! Melt chocolate chips in the microwave before adding 1/3 cup of honey and a few strawberries in a blender. Once the mixture cools down a bit, apply it to your skin after exfoliating thoroughly. Apply it to problem areas using a clean paintbrush and leave it on for at least 15 minutes.

Almond Oil and Essential Oils Body Wrap

Mix 2 cups of almond oil with 8 drops of grapefruit essential oil and 2 drops of lavender, juniper berry, fennel and/or thyme essential oils. Put the mixture in a squirt bottle and shake it before and during application. Spread it all over your body and wrap your body in cling film but make sure it doesn’t restrict circulation and stay in a warm room for at least 20 minutes.

Make sure you’re not allergic to the ingredients you are using to make your homemade body wraps. Shower after each session and always pat your skin dry; never rub with a coarse towel.
