Supermodel Adriana Lima, who became popular mostly for her Victoria’s Secret Angel status since 2000, is now the new face of Blumarine for the label’s Fall/Winter 2020 campaign.
The photos in this campaign exude extreme femininity and sensuality. Adriana poses gracefully wearing sexy mini-dresses, wild animal prints, and seductive see-through lace. Red lipstick, mysterious cat eyes and high-heels perfectly complete the looks. In fact, speaking about heels, the stunning supermodel told in an interview that they represent a very useful accessory. “High heels definitely help. It defines your legs a lot! I don’t like to be barefoot or in flat shoes. At home, but never when I’m working or when I want to feel feminine,” Adriana said.

The Blumarine collection for fall/winter 2020 reflects the effortlessly sophisticated woman who loves simple, minimalist silhouettes and whose main interests are practicality and versatility of clothes. There were solid colors used for dresses, skirts, pants, trench coats, and jackets. Camels, grays and blacks were used for the casual, daytime styling, while bold, bright green, yellow, purple, orange, and blue were the ones to brighten up the collection, proving that cold winter days are not just about gloomy, boring outfits. The monochromatic looks had matching shoes and accessories.
The outerwear part of the collection included double-faced trench coats and jackets worn with mini-dresses, long, straight pants, and collarless dresses. As for the evening section, we’ve seen sultry black or colored lace dresses, but also the already famous signature animal print of the Italian label. There were many season-appropriate shoes in the Blumarine fall/winter 2020 collection like high musketeer boots and calf-length boots, but also elegant pumps with little ankle-straps. Handbags are small with chain straps.
