Carly Rae Jepsen for Candie’s Spring 2020 Campaign
Carly Rae Jepsen stars in the latest Candie’s spring 2020 campaign and therefore joining the list of famous Candie’s spokespeople including Lea Michele, Britney Spears, Fergie, Vanessa Hudgens and others. Yes, the ‘Call Me Maybe’ singer is the new Candie’s girl and it seems that she is the brand’s first spokesperson to take the pics herself. Indeed she made the campaign using a photobooth! The result? Fun and playful oozing optimism, girlishness and a flirty flare.
“I feel very honored to be the next Candie’s girl,” Carly Rae said. “It’s a dream come true to be in the company of such amazing women! The photoshoot was really fun because it was so different – I’m actually the photographer as well and can’t wait to share it with my fans!”
For the new Candie’s campaign, Carly Rae Jepsen put together her own combos in order to create a “carefree and flirty look.” The renowned 27-year-old Canadian singer rocks some really stylish goodies from the brand’s latest collection. There are pretty patterns, dainty lace, cool kicks, girly dresses, and an array of other achingly lovely clothes and accessories that can easily add awesomeness and uniqueness to your warm weather ensembles.
“So today’s shoot is really fun as it’s a bit different. I’m actually the photographer myself,” Carly said. “At the end of the day what I really loved about the shoot was I got to play around until I found something that was really me.”
The beautiful songstress replaced actress Lea Michele who said that, “It is time now to pass on the torch… to the fabulous Miss Carly Rae Jepsen! It has been so amazing being part of the Candie’s family. Thank you so, so much, from the bottom of my heart.” The Candie’s campaign featuring Carly Rae Jepsen will debut in March issues of fashion mags including Seventeen, People StyleWatch, Teen Vogue and Cosmopolitan.
