The Edun fall 2020 collection from New York Fashion Week took us completely by surprise as we would have never imagined that Sharon Wauchob would select the grunge scene as the muse for this season.
Now, does this mean that it’s an unpleasant surprise? Definitely not, as anything that has to do with grunge has been a magnet for attention lately, and when the take on fashion includes some soft elements that gently tone down the fierceness and darkness characteristic to the style making it super wearable and urban-chic, that’s even better.
So, what’s the designer’s exact vision of style in the Edun fall 2020 collection? Women sporting latex or tartan print leggings paired with stylish skirts, dresses, blouses and jackets and YES, the layered garments looked sizzling!
Biker jackets, jumpsuits and metallic finish trousers were also present in the collection, meaning that the designer dug deep into the punk fashion scene and its subculture styles and mashed the ideas to create a collection that packs a punch yet still feels sexy and feminine and the designer pulled it off flawlessly as from start to finish, Edun’s garments oozed chicness. Browse through the Edun fall 2020 collection creations and see if these fierce and fabulous designs have a chance to end up in your fall wardrobe.
