Working out without eating right doesn’t help you keep your curves, according to the blonde model. Erin Heatherton’s diet is gluten-free, but she works hard at keeping it balanced.
Her preferred sources of protein are fish and chicken, but she also munches on bacon from time to time. Along with the protein she gets from lean meats, she also eats plenty of nuts, vegetables and granola.
Cheese and red meat are her biggest cravings, but keeping her lean and fit body is a major priority, so Erin Heatherton’s diet plan doesn’t include them too often.

Eating balanced meals isn’t enough, according to Erin Heatherton. The number of meals per day is also very important. The blonde beauty says the way to go includes small portions and she eats many meals a day, snacking on fruits in between them.
“I’ve learned a lot about diet in my years of being an Angel. A mistake a lot of girls make is that they work out but don’t eat enough. If you’re not eating enough, all the work outs are doing, it’s not going to show. You could be doing a million butt lifts, but your butt is not going to get any bigger because there is nothing to build on. Your body needs food to make that happen”, Erin Heatherton told Daily Mail.
Erin Heatherton Exercise Plan
With a protein rich diet, working out is paramount for keeping slim. That’s why Erin Heatherton’s diet and exercise plan includes two daily workouts. They include cardio, yoga and butt lifts that help her keep her lovely feminine curves.
“I work out twice a day, once in the morning and once before bed. I’ll start with half an hour of running and then some yoga to stretch everything out so everything is warm. In the evening I do butt lifts”, said the Victoria’s Secret model.
