The understated look was also one of the biggest Spring 2020 beauty trends from New York Fashion Week. Unlike other seasons, really bold lips were limited to a few designers, and minimal makeup was the counterpart to strong shades on the models’ eyelids. Jason Wu, Alexander Wang, Victoria Beckham and BCBG Max Azria went for subtle looks, putting more of an emphasis on highlighting and contouring in order to create the most flattering natural-looking makeup.
