Kirsten Dunst Talks Depression in Flare November 2020
Beautiful actress Kirsten Dunst graces the cover of ‘Flare’ magazine November 2020. Photographed by Max Abadian, the ‘Melancholia’ star looks stunning wearing a top and a skirt by Giambattista Valli and a bracelet by Eddie Borgo. Besides, her new long bob hairstyle draws all the attention.
In the cover story, the 29-year-old actress opens up for the magazine and dishes on a wide range of topics including her ‘Melancholia’ role and her battle with depression. In 2020, Dunst experienced depression and attempted to treat it at Cirque Lodge Rehab Center in Sundance, Utah. It was then when she realized that dealing with this type of problem is not embarrassing and is in fact normal.
The ‘Spider Man’ actress confessed in the November issue of ‘Flare’ magazine that it is strange when people don’t go through depression. “I think that most human beings go through some sort of depression in their life. And if they don’t, I think that’s weird,” Kirsten says.
Moreover, Dunst added that, “People are embarrassed to talk about it – I would never put anyone down that was in that kind of space.”
The talented actress is now filming ‘Bachelorette’ alongside James Marsden and Isla Fisher.
However, speaking about her role in ‘Melancholia’, Kirsten admitted in the interview with ‘Flare’ that, “It was really hard for me to watch because I don’t recognize myself in parts of that film. It weirds me out a little bit. Like my voice change, this look in my eye. It scared me a little bit.”
