Weight changes can have a big impact on the way celebrities look and feel and while some do it intentionally for a certain role, others suffer from thyroid conditions or simply lose control after drastic dieting.

After being declared on of the sexiest women in the world thanks to the daisy dukes and crop top she wore in “The Dukes of Hazzard”, Jessica Simpson quickly gained weight and loves her curvy body.
Jessica’s pregnancy weight gain was also impressive, but the singer and entrepreneur decided she’s never going back to being skinny. “Curves are better, I don’t get the whole rail thing. It’s not good for your heart, it’s not good for your mind; it’s emotionally destructive, it really is,” she told Us Weekly.
While Jared Leto recently won the Academy Award for his performance in “Dallas Buyers Club”, after losing around 40 pounds, he was also open to gaining weight for roles in the past. For “Chapter 27”, he had one of the most shocking celebrity weight gains: 60 pounds. He ate entire Domino’s pizza, but also doubled up on dessert. “My little trick was, I would take pints of chocolate Häagen-Dazs and put them in the microwave and drink them,” he told Jimmy Kimmel.
