After celebrities, such as Sarah Jessica Parker and Eva Longoria, actress Rumer Willis makes her debut into the fashion industry as the new face of Badgley Mischka for the brand’s spring/summer 2020 ad campaign. The two designers are satisfied with the choice they made.
“We adore Rumer,” Mark Badgley and James Mischka told justjared.com. “She is glamorous, youthful and fun. Rumer captures the spirit of all our spring collections, especially our newly launched ‘Mark + James collection’.”
Speaking about the new collaboration, the 22-year-old daughter of Bruce Willis and Demi Moore says that she is extremely happy with her new role as spokes model of the label. “I was thrilled and honored to be chosen to represent Badgley Mischka brand. Working with Mark and James is an incredible opportunity.”
The ad campaign, which will debut in the March issues of fashion and lifestyle magazines, was shot by fashion photographer Tony Duran in Malibu. Rumer will model couture evening wear, swimwear and accessories including shoes, bags and jewelry.
The young actress has been a topic of rumors regarding her interesting jaw line and the plastic surgeries he made in order to correct it. It has been said that Rumer resort to lip fillers and a nose job without any statement from her side on the gossip.
When asked about the way she looks, Rumer said that “There is so much pressure to look a certain way, and I do not fit the convention. But is okay if you are not the perfect picture.”
She also said that “People tell me all the time that I look my mom. I see the resemblance, sometimes. There was a picture in a magazine about look-a-like mothers and daughters and I saw that I looked exactly like her – which is great. I hate my jaw. I don’t know if it’s my dad’s – I think I’m more like my mother, my littlest sister looks exactly like my dad and my middle sister is a mixture of the two.”
