- Whole Chicken: 1, 3 pounds, giblets removed.
- Margarine: ½ cup.
- Salt and Pepper to Taste.
- Onion Powder: to taste, approximately 1 teaspoon.
- Celery Stalks: 1 (leaves removed).
Method to Prepare Roast Chicken:
The first things first, preheat the oven to about 350 degree F which is about 175 degree C. Next you need to pay attention to preparing the chicken till the step you need to put it into the oven.
