Audrina Patridge Diet
“My favorite quick and healthy eating tip would be to always have an apple with you because I’ve learned eating one apple is equivalent to a cup of coffee”, explained Audrina to Shape.com.
As a former junk food addict, the reality show star doesn’t impose very strict rules, but she knows the importance of good portion control: “I order whatever I want when I’m out, but I don’t eat all of it”.
Following the Audrina Patridge diet and workout plan can be difficult, since even the beauty herself admits her healthy shakes are sometimes gross. If you want to get Audrina Patridge skinny, prepare to drink juices like the one she showed off on Twitter like on vacation. Mixing pineapple, mango, strawberries, peaches, coconut, kale, fish oil, yogurt and water in a blender will get you a perfectly healthy beverage, though the taste might not be for everyone.
Audrina Patridge Workout Plan
Going to the gym 5-6 days every week, first thing in the morning, even when you don’t want to seems to be the secret to the Audrina Patridge diet and workout combo that helps her keep her bikini body in perfect shape.
Her trainer, Jarett DelBene, shared a few tips regarding her high intensity workouts, done every 2 or 3 times a week. The key to burning a lot of calories is starting with shadowboxing (kicking and punching a bag) for 3 minutes straight or jumping rope for the same time. Repeat 1 minute between each set of high intensity exercise.
Cat Raises (lifting your hips up from the plank position), Compound Crunches (crunches that also include extending your legs in the ear at a 45 degree angle) and the Offset Bridge (lying down on your back and pushing your hips up with one leg extended upwards) are just a few of the most important core exercises in the Audrina Patridge diet and workout plan.
