Exercises for Firm Breasts
It’s every woman’s dream to have amazing bosoms. Remember, it’s not impossible to have them, with some easy and effortless exercises.
The point is to know what your muscles really need. Try the following tricks to make your breasts look firm and beautiful. Dedicate 20-30 minutes per week to these exercises.
1. Posture exercises
The following trick sure will be familiar to many of you. Posture exercises can tone and work your breasts very effectively. That’s why put some books (not too many) on your head. Walk around the room for a couple of minutes. Use your balance to keep them on.
This is a workout both for your breasts and back. Repeat it as often as you wish.
2. Touching the elbow
Stand with straight back, leave your arms loose, now touch the right elbow with the left hand, right behind your back. Then make it the other way around. Don’t be stiff, stretch the muscles for 10-15 minutes. Let the exercise work, then repeat it 7-8 times with both hands.
3. Wall Pressings
This is probably the easiest exercise to have beautiful breasts. All you have to do is to stand tall, facing the wall. Now slightly lean against it. The following pressing will make its effect, try pushing the wall as hard as it’s possible. Push for 10-12 seconds, then stop and do it again for 10-12 times.
Lie down to the mat, facing the floor. Now bend your elbows and put your hands straight behind your back. Then raise the head and chest from the floor. Count to 3 then relax, repeat this exercise 5-6 times. This is a combo used to tone the muscles of your back and breasts.
Spread your arms to the side and keep them straight. Put some weight in each palm and do little circles backwards. Then increase the circles and repeat it 8 times. Now do the same movement but with circles made forward. You can combine both directions repeatedly. Work your breast muscles to have firm and toned bosoms with a beautiful cleavage.
