Mix the egg white, vanilla and cinnamon in a small bowl, then soak the bread in this mixture. Afterwards, heat a toaster and place the bread there, turning it occasionally so that both sides are well toasted.
While the slices of bread are in the toaster, heat the strawberries and add the lemon juice and stevia and cook them until warm. Then, pour this mixture over the French toast and enjoy! (source)
The Fast Metabolism Recipe: Chocolate – Chia Pudding (Phase 3)
Ingredients: ¼ teaspoon of liquid stevia, ¼ cup of chia seeds, 1 and ¼ cup of almond milk, 1 and ½ tablespoons of raw cacao powder and some raw cacao nibs for garnish (if you like).
Mix the almond milk, chia seeds and cacao powder in a bowl until you get rid of all lumps. Then add the stevia. Pour the newly-formed mixture in serving dishes and refrigerate it overnight until your delicious pudding is set. You should enjoy it chill and we recommend garnishing it with some cacao nibs.
