To put together this recipe add the following ingredients to your shopping list: 2 medium ripe bananas sliced in halves, 1 cup of uncooked quick oats, 1 cup of blueberries, ¼ cup of honey, ½ teaspoon of baking powder, ¼ cup of chopped walnuts, 1 egg, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 1 cup of low fat milk, ¾ teaspoon of cinnamon and a pinch of salt.
Preheat your oven to 375° F. Then, take a ceramic baking dish and add the banana slices on the bottom of your dish. Add ½ cup of blueberries, ¼ teaspoon of cinnamon and 1 tablespoon of honey over the bananas and cover with foil. You should bake the composition for 15 minutes to allow the bananas to soften.
While the mixture is baking, take a medium bowl and combine the walnuts, oats, baking powder, the rest of the cinnamon and salt, and stir all the ingredients together. Then take a separate bowl and mix the honey, milk, egg, and vanilla extract.

Preheat the oven to 350° F. Meanwhile, place the potato in a saucepan and cover it with water. Let it boil for about 20 minutes until tender. Mix 2 teaspoons of chives, ¼ teaspoon of salt, pepper, eggs yolks and egg whites in a bowl, and stir until they blend together.
Take a medium pan and heat 1 tablespoon of oil. Add the potato slices and garlic, and cook for 30 seconds. Afterwards, pour the egg mixture over and cook for about 1 minute. Gently stir for a couple of seconds and then remove from heat. Sprinkle cheese over and place this mixture in your oven. Bake at 350° F for 7 minutes.
