Finally, apply a reasonable coating of petroleum jelly or your favorite lip balm and there you have your soft and supple lips.

An old toothbrush with straight and soft bristles always does the trick. It works like magic on the lips. You can either apply a reasonable layer of petroleum jelly on your lips or put a bit on the bristles of your toothbrush. In circular motions, rub the toothpaste on your lips.
