Held at the USC Galen Center in Los Angeles, the Teen Choice Awards 2020 showcased plenty of cool fashion, erring on the fun and cute side, but the red carpet also had plenty of surprises and more sophisticated looks.
The teens spoke, and Paul Walker, who had great flair for casual looks, won Choice Actor posthumously for his role in “Furious 7”. His co-star Jordana Brewster may have walked away empty handed, but she definitely scored some style points at the event. Check out her look and many more from the Teen Choice Awards 2020 red carpet.
Chloë Grace Moretz in Gucci
The 18 year old actress won the Choice Movie Actress award in the Drama category for her role in “If I Stay”, but her look was also a winner.
Moretz, who’s had plenty of gorgeous red carpet looks over the years, opted for a Gucci Resort 2020 dress and Casadei sandals. She completed her look with a Gucci ring and a red lip.
Jordana Brewster in Ulyana Sergeenko
Even though she lost out to Shailene Woodley in the Choice Movie Actress: Action category, Jordana Brewster was one of the best dressed celebrities on the Teen Choice Awards 2020 red carpet. The actress opted for a Ulyana Sergeenko Demi Couture strapless dress with a cute floral print, and accessorized it with ear cuffs, a red clutch and white sandals.
Britney Spears in Mikael D
Going for a Las Vegas showgirl vibe, since her “Britney: Piece of Me” residency show continues until December 31st, Britney Spears made a splash on the red carpet, and she was accompanied by her sons. The singer went for a silver Mikael D dress from the designer’s Pre-Fall 2020 collection, showing plenty of skin with a deep V-neck and a high low hem.
Nina Dobrev in Zuhair Murad
Winner of the Choice TV Actress: Sci-Fi/Fantasy award for her role in “The Vampire Diaries”, Nina Dobrev also got plenty of attention on the Teen Choice Awards 2020 red carpet. Wearing a stunning dress from the Zuhair Murad Resort 2020 collection, Dobrev was also on fleek thanks to her accessories, from the Tamara Mellon sandals to the Rodo clutch.
Zendaya Coleman in Ashi Studio
Opting for separates from the Ashi Studio Fall 2020 collection, Zendaya rocked the red carpet with the perfect mixture of summer fun and sex appeal. Her white ruffled top and huge hoop earring provided a surprise element, while her black skirt with a front slit added sophistication. The singer wore pumps from Daya, her own show line.
Sarah Hyland in Christian Siriano
Before tripping on the stage, the “Modern Family” star shined on the Teen Choice Awards 2020 red carpet in her Christian Siriano Resort 2020 matching separates. Her crop top was perfectly on trend, and the shorts added to the trendy vibe of her look. Paired with white sandals and a red lip, Hyland perfectly captured the fun spirit of the awards ceremony.
Emma Roberts in Peter Pilotto
The “American Horror Story” star chose a Peter Pilotto dress from the Resort 2020 collection, and completed her look with white sandals. The slightly muted color palette of the dress was matched by her nude lip, and Roberts also kept her hair simple to let the printed dress shine.
Rita Ora in Max Mara
Rocking a red Max Mara suit, Rita Ora was also one of the best dressed stars on the Teen Choice Awards 2020 red carpet. With her hands in her pockets, the British singer matched her two-button suit with red platform sandals, and accessorized with Bvlgari jewelry. Even though this is the second red Max Mara look in just a week, after her “Late Night with Seth Meyers” appearance, Ora made it feel fresh.
Keke Palmer in Giulietta
One of the stars of the upcoming Fox horror series “Scream Queens”, Keke Palmer wore a color-block dress in black, white and soft pink, but managed to mess up the beautiful neckline with a black chocker. Her look was completed with Stuart Weitzman sandals and an Edie Parker clutch.
Lea Michele in Monique Lhuillier
Choosing a strapless dress from the Monique Lhuillier Resort 2020 collection was a great option for Lea Michelle on the Teen Choice Awards 2020 red carpet. The sculptural and sophisticated dress also had a fun side, and the “Glee” star paired it with red pumps. Michelle walked away with the Choice TV Actress: Comedy award.
