Kim Kardashian’s Post Holiday Diet
It seems that even the best of us gave into temptation this holiday as even Kim Kardashian admitted she’s on a post holiday diet. The smell of those freshly baked cookies that simply couldn’t be ignored made most people indulge in tasty treats that quickly added some extra numbers on the scale and although Kim has been super-focused on shedding her baby weight, she too couldn’t resist sticking to her diet plan that helped her get quite close to her pre-pregnancy body.
In an interview with Mobio Insider, Kim stated that she’s back on the Atkins diet and that this time she’s sticking to the plan. ‘I did the Atkins diet, and I really stuck with it. I am starting again this week, since I ate a lot over the holidays.’ said Kim.
The fact that she has received harsh critiques over her weight during her pregnancy – she was even compared to a whale due to an unfortunate black and white outfit choice- only seems to have helped boost the reality TV diva’s ambition to snap back in shape and as far as how she manages to deal with all the haters, Kim revealed that:
“It’s hard because seems that these days people can never be happy for you. People can hide behind their computer and say whatever they want. Always throwing some shade to ruin a fun or exciting moment you may be having. You just have to be positive and truly ignore it.”
Kim Kardashian’s post holiday diet plan will probably help the diva regain her enviable hourglass figure in no time as with Atkins diet plan and a regular exercising routine, the trip to the ideal weight is almost guaranteed.
Kim isn’t the only celeb to turn towards the Atkins diet to lose weight as numerous others celebs such as Jennifer Aniston, Renee Zellweger, Demi Moore, Courtney Thorne Smith, although the diet has been surrounded by a lot on controversy since it made its debut in 1972.
